If there are cigarettes, the temptation is too great and once you give in and smoke one cigarette, it will turn into three, four, and before you know it you will be smoking again. So, throw out all the cigarettes and don't keep any at home at all. You can take sips of water to manage a craving or even munch on a low fat cracker or something similar. Using this stop smoking secret, you will focus on the mental addiction as well as the physical addiction to nicotine. With these two things combined, you can beat your smoking addiction very quickly.
